Despite being relatively unknown elsewhere, the Paloma is the most popular and well-loved cocktail in Mexico, ahead of the Margarita. The drink’s past is obscure — no one knows for sure who invented it. Some credit the legendary Don Javier Delgado Corona, owner of the well-loved La Capilla bar in Jalisco.
We build this serve the same way it was originally intended, combining Tequila Blanco with our house Grapefruit Soda and a pinch of Maldon Sea Salt for roundness.
When you can’t wait any longer, pop the cap, pour over plenty of ice in a highball or rocks glass and garnish with a slice of fresh Pink Grapefruit. There are 5 x 150ml serves per bottle.
