Donzoko's flagship lager using classic German malt and fermented cold with a clean malt backbone with notes of sweet crusty bread. Their unique house acid culture is added in the brewhouse to control the pH level of the beer and achieve a crisp, refreshing finish after fermentation.
This is all topped off off with New Zealand hops for hints of floral fruit, complimenting the crispness perfectly.
Northern Helles is hazy, served unfiltered, and perfect for cracking open with friends.
