Imperial West Coast IPA. Our Senior Brewer, Alex, hails from America where the IPAs are bitter and the ABVs are high! Left on Read is a throw back to the kind of DIPAs Alex brewed back in the States before the haze craze took over. This Imperial West Coast IPA is big and bitter but smooth enough to hide its 8.2%abv. Showcasing classic American hops like Chinook, Columbus, Simcoe and with a bit of Ekuanot to add some modern, fruity hop notes. Sweet malty, caramel flavours quickly give way to a huge hit of herbaceous citrus and piney resin, followed by that old school crisp bitterness we love. All fermented with a clean, California yeast to maximize hop flavour and aroma. Show some love for the kind of IPA that started it all. Its messaging you, dont leave it on read!
